Had to arrange car purchase for my daughter who was moving to Boston. We were in a rush and had to make a decision without the opportunity to see the car first. We were not disappointed. In 2014 I found this sweet little gem of a dealer through car gurus. The second I met Matt (salesman) I knew I was in the right place. My credit wasn't good but he guaranteed me he could get me approved for a loan. He didn't sugar coat anything and discussed all options with me prior to starting anything. He then showed me some vehicles in the price range I wanted to be. I chose the 2008 SAAB 93 2.0t. I test drove it prior to purchasing and everything was good. After getting the car home I went to bed and got up for work the next morning. Immediately after pulling out of my drive way the car just shut off. I called Matt (Salesman) on his cell and he was very concerned and helpful. After disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it the car reset itself and I was able to start it. I got to work and was able to get the car to him after. Now I could have just returned the car or exchanged it for something different but his service manager Carlos ensured me he could fix it. After a couple of days of trouble shooting and working with the team at Ally Motors, Carlos and I believe his assistants name is Carlos (Looks like a smaller Danny Trejo hahaha just kidding you're awesome) also found the issue. During this time Matt gave me a loaner car since I was knew to Massachusetts and no second car. This loaner car started my obsession with Audi's but that's an entirely different story. Matt the 2 C's and their office manager Makayla (also training to be a sales woman) were always very cooperative and friendly when I was there even offered me lunch. Carlos took the car to a certified dealer and had the ECU replaced and the car has been great and very reliable ever since. I even had the pleasure of meeting the owner which prior to Matt was always speaking very highly of. After getting to know their team and the 2 other locations they have I would recommend this team to anyone looking to purchase a used car. You will get honesty, they will work with you and even though they are extremely busy at times they make sure you feel and know you are being addressed. Honesty will never steer you wrong and whether you are going to like what you hear or not the entire Ally motor team gives it to you. ����� These guys really got me out of what could have been a major jam in my life and it was my problem not theirs and they did everything they could to get me out of it.

So here's the deal with this place in my opinion. I've sold cars at a bigger dealership, didn't enjoy it. Its waaaaay more lax here. But you cant take things personally. If like me you have shit for credit, you better expect a decent amount down. I cant speak for quality because i backed out of my deal. But they are a smaller place and need to make ends meet. So of course they will cater to people that can afford to pay or have less hurtles to go through. Its just business. They always seem swamped and usually have cars under KBB, which is nice. But you cant expect to touch the sky with no wings. They are not the craziest spot, but if you need a car and have finances to throw down, check them out. If you aren't 100 percent sure you can afford it, you cant take it personal when its no or your not first in line..at a bigger dealership they push you like crazy, at least here they give you a shot!! Good luck to all trying to get some wheels, there's always options, you just have to pick the best one
